commissions
My commissions are open!🪷 please check out my tos before commissioning me🪷 How to order:
-Contact me via one of my social medias (Instagram, TikTok, Discord or Twitter)-Give me the details of what kind of commission you want and the character references and things like the pose, expression, background. I can also work from images of people and pets and from character descriptions without images.-When the details and price is discussed and agreed from both sides I will add your name to my commission Queue list.🪷 PRICES:
I have larger commissions and smaller ones so my prices vary a lot depending on the commission. people have urged me to raise my prices so prices are subject to change based on demand.🪷 PAYMENT:
- Payment is via paypal or Tikkie.
-I take payment 100% upfront to avoid getting scammed, only after receiving payment will I start sketching the artwork.
-PayPal has a 5% usage fee, this will be added to the final price.More info can be found in my TOS

I will not accept hateful/aggressive treatment while working with a client. If I am not treated with respect, I have the right to cancel a commission and refund the appropriate amount to the client.🪷 general terms 🪷- I might record the drawing process and post it on my tiktok.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 day - 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and work

Tikkie/Betaalverzoek (Dutch)🪷 process and revisions 🪷after receiving payment I wil start sketching the artwork, I will provide updates in each stage of the artwork of your commission as I work on it.Unlimited small edits are allowed during the art process. I will allow 3 piece altering changes before extra charges will occur - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.🪷 delivery and sharing 🪷when I finish the commission and you approve it I will send you the high quality file via wetransfer. and I will post the artwork on social media afterward, If you wish for the artwork to not be posted please specify that!
Part of how I keep submissions coming in posting my work, so unless I’m very interested in your submission I might not accept it if I am not allowed to post it afterward. You are welcome to post the artwork to your own social media and use as profile pics if you provide credit (mentioning my username or link to my profile)Note that there is no physical product.🪷 Copyright 🪷

I, Nathaniel Winkels (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself with it everywhere
- Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)
- Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
- Post it wherever I want
The buyer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use with credit unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my signature from the artwork
- Altering the artwork without my consent
I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).🪷 cancellation and refunds 🪷you can cancel the commission before I start working on it.There are no refunds once I start working on your commission. If you think there is a possibility that you might need the funds for something else please do not commission me!

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Nathaniel Winkels (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.🪷 Thank you for showing interest in my commissions and supporting me in my artistic journey!
